I recently had the honor of talking with Heather as a fellow pharmacist and wellness advocate. I was very moved and encouraged by how much she cares for the people she works with as well as others around her. Heather is extremely knowledgeable on self care and the benefits of relaxing the human body and mind. I can't think of anyone better suited to teaching people about health, wellness and mindset than Heather.

Michelle M. Lamb, PharmD, FASCP

Heather interviewed me last year for Pharmacists Out of the Box. I didn't want the hour to end! She was personable and asked creative and thoughtful questions. It was a fantastic experience!

I created Halo Health as a means of reaching out to those that need support. Sharing my expertise and skill is what drives me. There is no better feeling than watching someone have stellar health outcomes. Helping you to be your best “you” is my primary goal. You are a holistic person with many aspects; I don’t view you from one perspective, but many. I start with your goals; what is it that you want to achieve? You see your dreams for your life; how can I help you get there? • It may start with understanding your medications. Are they safe for you? Are they the most effective choice? What are they for anyway? • It may start with understanding what the doctor is saying about your conditions. What does that mean? How do I clear up this confusion? What am I supposed to do now? • It may start with what you can do to be healthy. What should I be eating? What activities do I really need to do? I want to do it the natural way. Are there supplements that can help? • It may start with learning more about yourself. How can I find happiness? What is my purpose anyway? Am I enough? How can I be happier? Who am I? Am I worthy? If you have any of these questions, I am here for you. If you are looking for a way to take better care of yourself, if you are looking for a way to improve your life one simple step after another, I would love to help you. Do you want personalized care? Do you want to feel more knowledgeable? Do you want to feel more energized and happier? Do you want to feel more fulfilled? We all have halos. It may be challenging to recognize them, but rest assured, they are there. Adjust yours. Buff it up; make it shine. Wear it proudly and share yourself with the world. We need you, and I am ready to help you be the best “you” that you can be. Show less
