Sales requires a natural skill in dealing with people and knowing the right thing to say, and this was perhaps where Heather set herself apart from everyone else. As she prospected for new clients, the eCommerce Managers and Owners simply loved her and she was able to connect with them in a meaningful way. Her skills, and the results she achieved, were second to none. She was next in line to become an AE and she would have been the best. She has all the talent needed for any sales position.

If our SDR team was a football team, Heather would have with out question been the Quarter Back. I worked under and was trained by Heather. Heather was the best Team Lead I've ever worked under. She set the example with her work ethic and sales excellence daily. A great team player/leader. She is a creative thinker that shared her ideas for engaging prospects via email and phone to improve the teams success. She also took the time to research, test, and implement new technologies that would improve sales processes and production. I would absolutely work under Heather again and any company that hires Heather is getting a tenacious competitor that still put's the team first.
