Heather has very good supply chain management skills including purchasing, supplier management and inventory management. She is a dedicated employee and is always focused on what is best for the company. Heather works extremely well in cross functional environments and exemplifies the term team player. She does not require "micro management" and functions well when her role and expectations are defined and reasonably clear boundaries are established.
