Heather was my manager when I interned the fall of my senior year at Peer. She has been one of my favorite supervisor's I have ever had (out of my 8+ internships) because of her incredible direction, attention to detail, and creative approach to making strategic decisions. When I first started and was shadowing Heather, it was clear that she was a master of her craft. She knows the Peer catalog back and forth and has a genuine passion for each artist that she works with. Whether it was traveling cross country for meetings at the drop of a hat or taking the time to sit down with me and brainstorm creative branding ideas and provide constructive criticism, I have never encountered someone who puts more heart and dedication into their career. I loved being greeted by Heather's smiling face each day and know that she has transformed Peermusic as a part of their family.
