I was an online tutor for children and adults ages 5 - 25 in a variety of subjects, including but not limited to primary reading, writing & mathematics, as well as secondary level anatomy and physiology, writing, college preparation, SAT/ACT preparation, algebra, chemistry, history, and psychology. I make a point to utilize learning modes that appeal to a variety of learners: auditory, visual and kinesthetic styles.

Met directly with students and fostered connections on campus in order to help create an inclusive environment that fit the needs of students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Designed and implemented a wellness program that included mental health education, "break time chill time" kits, and a coordinated zoom meeting where the group prepared a recipe for matcha green tea truffles and discussed coping strategies for self care. Reached out to residents in Hebrew Senior Life on a monthly basis to foster togetherness; learned about recognizing signs of distress in peers through the Terriers Connect training; delivered Matzo Ball soup and cookies to students across campus to provide a pick me up during the semester; and, lastly, recruited students who would be a good fit for BU Hillel's Wellness series programming.
