Prior to joining the Pru Inside team at Prudential Financial, I had the pleasure of partnering with Heather on several cross-functional business initiatives. I found Heather to be an energetic, creative, and talented team player who helped drive the success of more than one high-profile project. When provided the opportunity to build a team at Pru Inside, Heather immediately came to mind. I was thrilled that she was ready to leave her marketing roots and to help deliver an innovative new business line. Heather did not disappoint. She took it upon herself to learn every aspect of the business, and created new and effective ways to engage associates throughout business development. Heather was a tremendous asset not only for her excellent writing and proofreading abilities, but also for her dedication to the team's goals and working outside the box to drive success.
