ENROLLMENT COORDINATOR: -Working with families of all income levels, to secure child care for their children 6 weeks to 12 yrs of age. -Working with directors of two programs, Early Learning and Youth Development, to help them meet their required enrollment needs. -Coordinating communication with directors and marketing to publish and advertise current openings and upcoming program features. BILLING COORDINATOR: -Applying weekly and monthly charges to current child care families -Processing payments via EFTs and Credit/Debit card payments for child care charges. -Working with families to budget their child care tuition through payment plans or scholarship funds. -Calculating and processing billing for subsidized agencies monthly reimbursements, i.e. Child Care Resource and Referral Network, DCFS and Child Care Aware. -Working with finance department in processing credits to accounts, refunds and donation payments to child care accounts. -In house collections for former child care families as well as working with outside collection agency in certain situations. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR: -Supervising and training child care front desk staff in regards to our mission and vision as well as the DCFS guidelines we must adhere to. -Supervising front desk staff as they create and maintain child care files for current families. -Creating schedules and covering shifts for child care front desk staff on a weekly or monthly basis. -Reviewing and editing child care front desk staff vacation and PTO balances as well as approving and editing timecards on a bimonthly basis. TRANSPORTATION SUPERVISOR: -Supervising bus drivers to ensure they are adhering to our transportation and safety policies. -Creating route schedules for school children and field trips for both programs. -Working with the fleet supervisor in making sure that the vehicles are maintained in proper working condition. -Reviewing, editing and approving driver timecards on a bimonthly basis.
