  -Establish strategic objectives and plans including tracking and monitoring mechanisms to meet the International Trade goals -Develop and track competitive /competitor performance. -Ensure an excellent relationship with corresponding banks. -Implement International Trade service standards and setting up proactive tracking machinery to monitor performance on a competitive basis as well as a customer complaint handling system. -Maintain a one-stop service centre for existing and new customers,i.e setting service standards to exceed customer expectations in a timely and cost efficient manner. -Constantly review the performance of customers to ensure a continuous growth in the level of Trade Business with the bank.
