I’ve worked alongside Heather on and off for over 10 years. Our professional relationship ranged from auditor/auditee up to same level colleagues within a highly regulated title and mortgage industry during one of the most trans-formative time frames in recent history. In every situation that has challenged Heather, she took it as a chance to improve the quality of work, the process, the work environment and the relationships all parties involved. She has completed Six Sigma projects, saved departments on the verge of client departure, as well as made divisions profitable through proper right sizing and process alignments. Her ability to win clients over through consistent delivery of SLA while setting manageable expectations of best practices is masterful. The event that caused me to have immense respect for her was during a site wide manager meeting with every department. Heather took control of the chaotic situation and turned it into an actionable meeting that achieved an information security plan that crossed segments of the business. Her integrity, tactfulness and ability to connect with those in that room was a pleasure to be a part of and learn from. With that just being a few of her many accomplishments, I’m honored to write this for her and I can’t wait to see the heights Heather wants to go to, after all, it is not going to be luck, or wishes, that will get her there.
