Heather is a dedicated and highly capable professional with the rare ability to work across the joint areas of Engineering and ID. She is an insightful individual who takes the time to fully understand the landscapes that surround her work. I very much enjoyed working with her.

Heather and I worked as Engineering and Design Directors respectively at Altitude Inc. She was my engineering counterpart for several years at Altitude. We worked together directly and indirectly on many projects with varying scope and scale. During the time that I worked with Heather I found her to be focused, hard working and a perfectionist. Under her guidance the engineering group grew in size and profitability, while taking on more comprehensive projects, building strong overseas relationships and effectively supplementing client capabilities. While I have not worked with Heather for several years, in my experience she has fundamental characteristics that are beneficial for an organization. These include her intelligence and talent as a problem solver, her drive to improve processes and capabilities, and her understanding of a holistic product development approach. In addition to her engineering and management abilities, I enjoyed working with Heather. I felt that she effectively balance cooperative interaction and a healthy skepticism that ensured high-quality outcomes.

Radius is a global innovation and development consultancy that takes your ideas from concept to commercialization. Radius delivers iot product ecosystems: both the digital and the physical. The physical: agile and experienced connected hardware engineering (mechanical, electrical, firmware) integrated with consumer insights, business strategy and deep integration with Jabil's supply chain and technical expertise allows us to rapidly iterate the cost/value relationship: ensuring delivery of the right product, at the right time. The digital: Connected hardware creates an opportunity to create a daily relationship with consumers. Through UI/UX and user research, we create a seamless user experience between the digital and physical products. The ability to prototype and test at our Digital Prototype Lab through clickable breadboards combined with rapid physical prototypes allows insight into the holisitic experience throughout the early definition stages.
