I dealth with Heather a great deal whilst I was working at Constella/ SRA, and prior to this as a supplier to Origin/ Constella, so have worked closely with her as a colleague, and as a client between 2003 and 2007. Heather was always the first person that I would call on for help, as her pleasant and professional manner was second only to her efficiency in doing her job. Always at the front of the queue when it came to assisting others, Heather proved to be a crucial member of the team whilst I was there, before I joined and no doubt has been since I left.
