Heather has this amazing talent of being able to decifer things in a snap, and always makes the right choices. The hardest part of working with remote teams is ability to coordinate and communicate, Heather nailed this. In spite of never physically meeting her, I felt like I knew her well enough to trust that she would succeed in all that was asked of her. If one word could describe her to anyone it would be multi-talented-amazingly-cool-head-super-jobber-girl!
