I had the pleasure of working with Heather at Dreyer's. Heather was a high energy and passionate leader that kept her sales team focused and excited about their work. She had a great business accumen with strengths around presenting to small and large groups, driving revenue and share and addressing tough situations whether they were internal or external plus. One of Heather's best attributes is her positive leadership style. She was a great motivator and kept her team energized and was always looking at things in a positive manner. She was definitely a leader that "Walked the "Talk". The other key attribute that makes you proud to work with Heather is her ethical and trusting style. Heather would be a great asset to any team!
