I work with Joel in the marketing department at Hammerton and am happy to give him my assured personal recommendation. I have worked with Joel for almost 10 months and in that short time I have personally witnessed Joel's hard working demeanor characterized by attention to detail and creativity. Joel puts a lot of time, effort and thought into ensuring the end product of his projects is impeccable. I was incredibly impressed recently when Joel proposed to have our team switch from the email marketing platform we were predominantly using to another platform we were subscribed to but underutilizing. Joel Head has had a consistent work ethic that has been maintained and evidenced each day he has been at work with me at the University Campus Store. Through direct planning on how to teach his Up 'n Running courses along with consistent planning with upper management such as myself, he consistently gave a world-class customer experience to each and every customer he came in contact with in the Up 'n Running program.
