Hailee does really good work, and has a lot of skills beyond stop motion well into animation in general. She works very hard and has turned projects around and made them work well when they would have otherwise failed. I worked as Editor on a lot of her projects and it was very easy to communicate with her and know what's going on with each project. She's a creative and productive addition to any team.

Hailees learning skill is like a sponge. Hailee is outstanding in everything that I have seen her do. Among other talents she is persistent, dependable, self cultivated, a people person and loveable. Anytime she is asked to do something she responds with a big smile and a "YES" and when can I start? She is an outstanding achiever. I am a pilot and Architect. Hailee has taken flying lessons in my single engine plane. The instructor was impressed with her intelligence and skills. He told me that she put most other student pilots, young and old to shame. I taught her how to produce house plans on the computer and was amazed at how quick she learns. She drew house plans for a friend of the family when they went from Hawaii to Oregon on vacation. She updated some of my Cadd files by drawing wall sections into the computer from sketches and pictures. I had no clue that she would ever be able to do that. She wants to be everything she can be and I don't see a limit!!
