  Heather was a member of the senior leadership team and helped the Flickr grow from a startup to a thriving community with 42 billion photos. Heather cowrote Flickr’s Community Guidelines that set the gold standard for community management online. While at Flickr, Heather established Flickr’s policies for abuse and advocacy, participated in the internationalization of Flickr from one language and a US Terms of Service to eight languages and twenty plus regions.
