Gaurav Kumar
Krupa has got all what it takes to be a good programmer. He concentrates a lot on algorithms and complexities before starting to code and while coding, his major focus is to maintain code readability. He had been my team lead for a certain period of time and therefore, i endorse his skills as a good leader as well. Moreover, he is a quick learner too as he was able to learn many technologies as per the project requirements in no time.

I had the pleasure of working with Krupa for around one year at Viralocity Interactive Solutions, collaborating on several projects lead by him. Krupa is a very skilled programmer, an eager and fast learner, a natural problem solver and has strong technical skills. No matter how aggressive the deadline is, he would never be stressed, never compromise with the coding standards and quality, would always give his 100% and go the extra mile and if you are in his team, he'll make sure you follow all that. And you know what, I don't remember him missing a single deadline. I don't know how he did that, but he always lived up to everyone's expectation and probably that's why, he was always been the favorite of everyone - managers, testers, developers and clients. Well, to summarize, Krupa is a super nice guy and a great asset to any organization and if I had a wish-list of colleagues, Krupa would have been among the toppers.
