Directed award-winning corporate videos, commercials, and narratives, with both small and large size film crews including shoots in Hong Kong and Malaysia remotely during the pandemic.Lead a team of directors, art directors and writers to develop creative pitches, storyboards, and scripts while working closely with producers and external production crews to execute creative vision.Capable of navigating work volume and tight timelines. As demonstrated earlier this year, led Disney+ Singapore's VFX heavy launch videos (7 x 15 seconds) within seven weeks from brief to delivery, including visual effects supervision. Since then, led the in-house team through 4 more promotional videos. Each within two weeks from brief to delivery.As Head of Animation, I customised project specific post-production workflow which responds to changing requirements with agility, contributing to the company retaining a robust regular clientele which includes Singapore University of Social Sciences, Hilton Hotels, Pan Pacific Hotels & Resorts, Resorts World Genting, Keppel Corp (and its various subsidiaries), Hong Kong Disneyland, and most recently, Disney+ across Southeast Asia. Lead operational and communications strategy that designed the systematic transition of the company's operating systems (inc hardware upgrades and software), processes and procedures that ensures a sustainable and efficient scale of operations and quality. Took a systematic approach to evaluate and acquire new equipment and manage in-house production equipment, including an inventory management system.Guided the seamless transition for the team to work remotely from home during the pandemic by designing remote production workflows including files and asset management, standardising remote software and communication channels, and remote monitoring.
