  •Monitor and ensure submissions by reporting entities (REs) are timely, complete and processed promptly to facilitate compilation, quality assessment, and analysis within the stipulated timeframe.•Assist Associate Risk Specialist/Risk Analyst in ensuring effective implementation of strategic outcomes and coordination with other stakeholders in the financial stability sector of BNM.•Monitor data submission by REs in accordance with deadlines and ORION requirements as stipulated in the policy document.•Verify data at intermediate levels to ensure data consistency between inter-related databases and able to identify data patterns within stipulated timeframe.•Timely process and correctly update data submitted by REs within stipulated deadlines. Follow-up with REs on incomplete reporting, unusual trends and request for resubmission, whenever necessary.•Assist in Operational Risk Integrated Online Network (ORION) setup up and account maintenance, monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues and any future ORION enhancements projects.•Assist in testing and validating system and user requirement, to ensure all relevant specifications and requirements of stakeholders are met before implementation.•Assist in capacity building of supervisors and line departments users on ORION.•Ensure confidentiality and security of data compiled and disseminated, particularly in complying with the Information Security Management Policy (ISMP) and Bank’s guidelines.•Assist in continuous horizontal surveillance across financial industry to identify , assess and manage emerging risks to financial stability. •Work closely with relevant stakeholders in the bank and industry .
