  Project under this position: 1-MOF UGP Integration(SARF) :G2G Integration between ministry of finance and public sector to submit all payments of workers in the government sector using (SARF), payments are made through banking transfers under the Saudi system. • Integrated MOF with more than 70 public sector on SARF. • Build adapters to integration with ERP systems like Oracle EBS , SAP , MS Dynamics. • Trace complex problems with third parties. (MOF, NIC, NTIS, SAMA). • Communicate with MOF for CR testing and agency enablement. Xocia Plugin for SARF (X4SARF): highly flexible Plugin that supports various payroll systems adaptors and built custom adapters (SAP ORACLE, ORACLE EBS, MS Dynamic) where required for each governmental agency to be on-boarded. • Conduct and lead client virtual and on-site meetings, workflow. • Manage the Incident management system (Freshdesk) and enforce the Incident Management process workflow. • Supporting agencies through daily tickets/cases in X4SARF by communicating with the agency and resolving the tickets/cases through Database and communication with the agency. • Ensure that SLAs are complied with per agency. • Reduce repetitive cases by applying a permanent solution (development fixes/ changes on client environment). • Prepare monthly reports for system upgrades and client tickets. • Enrich knowledge base repository for the team. • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships.
