  Responsibilities • Direct troubleshooting, repair and modification of the factory equipment’s and Process systems • Planning, implementing and controlling maintenance schedule for utilities, processing equipments, filling machines & downstream lines; monitoring the dairy plant lines performance and reviewing the (KPIs) key performance indicators on a daily basis. • Monitoring process effectiveness and improving the present maintenance activities to boost productivity & quality. • Preparing spare parts order required to implement maintenance schedule. • Working with top management to select and implement continuous improvement projects:  Operational cost calculation for all lines in the dairy plant, JD/1000 Cups, JD/1000 Pack.  Developed and implemented the items list project which includes all technical data for every item in the factory based on P&ID diagrams. • Coordinate the operations between maintenance team and production departments. • Prepare regular performance reports (monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annual). • Preparing monthly preventive maintenance plans. • Preparing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for machine, lines and processes. • Analyzing machines performance and break down times on a daily basis • Preparing annual staff training plan. • Participate in the implementation of training programs for new employees • Participating in the company's internal audit programs of the food safety team (ISO FS22000) • Ensuring sustainability of color coding and pipe marking standards plus item codes according to P&ID diagrams
