Then we make the market survey about other competitors in same market and prepare reports sheets about packages comparisons each one against the other to get the general vision and conclusion about this market and these surveys allow us to prepare the most proper rates/packages After we get in positive/serious negotiation with any agent we start preparing the cooperation agreement including all duties of each party and the most important one is about payment conditions in order not to face any later misunderstandings.Moreover, our role is to follow the development of all new materialized tour operators and analyze their production/satisfaction from a season to another to evaluate the product and make all necessary modifications to achieve better results in the following seasons. Our job is also depending on collecting the main systems information from different markets where we can compare T/O packages both to reach the competition factor and get the net hotel/package rate of each one and start to work on the results to offer the market selling rates.
