  I have over sixteen years experience in sports broadcasting. I'm currently employed as Sports Editor with UTV Radio Ireland where my responsibilities also include acting as Sports Editor for Dublin's number one music station, FM104. I compile, produce and present over fifty sports bulletins a week for FM104 while also overseeing the delivery of rolling sports content to stations within the UTV Radio group. I have also gained considerable experience covering live sporting events such as the World Cup in 2002, European Championship qualifiers, Six Nations matches, Dublin GAA matches etc. As editor I am responsible for all forward planning for major sports events - such as the Beijing and London Olympic Games, All Ireland championships, Six Nations Championships and European Soccer Championships 2012. I oversee all budgetary aspects of UTV Radio Sport as well as all admin related duties while also ensuring the development of all sports staff through motivation and evaluation.
