We believe that women need to take up challenging roles in business to become economically independent and self sufficient. Destiny Arise does this through Motivational workshops, Life Coaching, Business workshops, Entrepreneurial programs and Conferences. Hazel Herrington Meares is the founder and she is passionate about the empowerment of women and Youth. She is passionate about motivating and encouraging to embrace their true identity, talents and gifts by helping them regain their self confidence and overcoming unwanted fears.



'I Am' Bible Distribution Centre

  "I Am bible distribution centre", is a christian non-profit organisation founded by Hazel Meares in 2010. The centres main purpose is to make a difference in the community by empowering women, prisoners and the youth and transform their lives through the distribution of bibles and christian literature. Hazel motivates them by helping them to embrace their identity and leave a positive footprint through their lives. This is also done by running workshops and life coaching seminars. Hazel believes God has given her a mandate to be a catalyst of change and voice of hope to the nations. 'I Am' Bible Distribution Centre runs three projects: The "Youth Stay in School Empowerment Program" whose mission is to encourage and empower students to stay in school and help them fulfill their destiny through the distribution of bibles, christian literature, payment of fees, sponsoring of sport activities, leadership programs and conferences. Hazel is a sort of speaker within the Zimbabwean Schools and has spoken to an estimated 5,000 students and motivated them to stay in school, further their education and maximise their potential. Another project is the "Prisoners Liberty Empowerment Program" whose mission is to help reform and rehabilitate prisoners through the distribution of bibles and Christian literature. To date Hazel through, 'I Am' has visited all the prisons in Matabeleland, Zimbabwe and Hazel has shared a message of hope to an estimated 20,000 prisoners. Another project Hazel runs is, The "Ukudla/Kudya Feeding Program" whose mission is to help feed the poor in the city of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Every week 150 to 200 restitutes are fed through this program.



Cafe Munandi

  Café Munandi is a family restaurant based in Zimbabwe that exudes traditional ethnic Ndebele charm, with Ndebele artwork depicting daily life in any traditional Ndebele homestead painted around the restaurant, this café transports you the Ndebele roots. No matter what ethnicity you are, you are sure to feel connected to the Ndebele roots in this environment. With bold yellow, navy blue, green and red colours punctuated throughout the restaurant, the ambience is very warm and inviting. The restaurant is owned by Mrs Hazel Meares, she identified a need in the restaurant industry in Bulawayo for an upmarket, stylish eatery that provides modern, tasty dishes with an interesting twist. She also recognized the need for providing superb five star service which is our cutting edge.
