  My Professional Practice is based around community engagement and participatory arts projects. With lecturer Michelle Walsh I have produced 2015 - a multi- media instillation for the Digital Frequency Festival. 2018 - Bricks and Bones Community project . 2019 - Lucky Like – Animation of Polish Holocaust survivors tale.-Zamoski Film Festival community project 2019- This is Us, an HLF project. 2019- I also worked on the film, Mindset ,as the Art Director which has won the 'Best Feature Film Award' at the Manchester Film Festival 2022 . 2021 - Inside-Out Project. This was an internationally renowned project to engage the community and give them visibility.250 portraits of the community were taken and pasted onto the gable-ends of the houses in A1 size prints. As part of this project we also worked with school children on a participatory photographic project around the environment and sustainability. Show less

  As a creative practitioner I provided educationally based art projects to schools and community groups.I worked with staff to create projects that complimented the school curriculum and engaged children of all ages and abilities.Community work was often aimed at bringing the community together through a common cause. The work mainly consisted of mosaic panels and sculpture work but also some photographic based projects too throughout the county.
