Our company has been able to thrive and prosper for three generations and is moving into its fourth with the addition of James "Calvin" Hays,III as our General Manager. My role has evolved from project management/sales out of college, to VP of Operations in the 90's, until becoming President in 1997. In 1999, we created a company to maximize the service offerings we had been providing our customers since 1945. We now specialize in helping building owners and managers reduce their owning and operating cost related to HVAC, lighting and control systems and work to improve the environmental conditions of the spaces. Our goal is to be the premier facility service company in our region and based on feedback and results seen by our customers, we are making that happen. While being a member of the Linc Service(ABM) network of over 150 highly specialized companies since 1989, we continue to use their worldwide business platform to increase value to our customers through best business practices in the industry. We now have become a part of Reedy Industries and have joined 20 other service providers to bring even more value to our customers.
