Hayley and I worked on a successful project for a large trailer company at the three day Multimodel exhibition. (At the NEC Birmingham) The project needed a way to draw as much positive attention with a relatively small budget. Hayley’s role also involved the organisation and delivery of the conference stand and marketing collateral for the exhibition and after show dinner party. She understood that future marketing strategies for the client needed to be based on data, knowledge and intuition. Her creative ideas helped formulate the ‘Dart Challenge’ – this would provide the perfect environment to ‘break the ice’ and add participants to a database for future Email campaigns. The darts competition was set up alongside the exhibition stand and became highly successful in drawing attention of passersby whilst also differentiating the stand from the ‘norm’ of its competitors. It became a hub of excitement, fun and competition. The company gained many new leads and useful data lists from the exhibition -hundreds of people participated in the ‘Darts Challenge’ signing up for newsletters and email campaigns. Hayley conducted herself in the most exemplary manner displaying; creativity, confidence and fantastic organisation skills.
