Hayley became the Group Director during the time I was on the Board and later also Chairman of Hoxton Hall Ltd. She was a motivating force for the organisation, her staff as well as the Board and through her the organisation got focus and a strategic goal to collectively work towards. She faced many challenges on the way - with staff, with organisational strcuture, with funders and other stakeholders but she showed great resilience and coped well with all of these challenges. It was a great pleasure working with such a talented person who managed to not only bring the organisation but also herself to a very different level in the space of just 6 years!

Hayley knows the options so that an advisory group can get the most effective focus.
