In addition to her exceptional flavour development skills, her market knowledge, competitor insight, awareness of manufacturing processes were utterly invaluable to our project. Working with Hayley was an absolute priviledge and I have learned so much as a result. Having no personal experience in drinks development, Hayley guided me through the processes, development and patiently answered my endless stream of questioning. Liquid Fusion is an experienced Brighton based drinks developer that offers a fully integrated beverage supply chain service. With over 40 years of combined experience in creating recipes and manufacturing, we have a unique ability to deliver complex projects. Our IP comes from both the sourcing of ingredients, which we have done extensively over the last 20 years to bring our customers a range of ingredients that are best in class, and our understanding of which contract packers can fill what packaging under what process. We have a 360 approach to designing beverages, looking at all parts of the supply chain to develop a unique drink. The process covered is: - Recipe Development done live in our laboratory in Brighton - All regulatory and label compliance - Packaging overview - Contract packer selection - Supply Chain management As a company designing recipes, we know the importance of seeing the whole supply chain so we can make a recipe thats fit for purpose. We take into account the final processing (Aseptic/Hot Fill/Cold Fill/UHT/HPP), the water source and the machinery the contract filler uses. We work in partnership with retailers, brands, wholesalers and distributors to create your great tasting drink across Europe and beyond. Every business is different and we are completely flexible in our approach to your project. Some clients just want us to consult on the manufacturing side or recipe stability, while others want the whole process taken care of. Clients we have helped include: itsu, POD Food, Abokado, Charbrew, Virtue Energy Water, Bella Berry, Belief Water, Hotel Chocolat, Sekforde Drinks, Dash Water and many others.
