    • Property Onboarding Specialist
      • May 2018 - Dec 2018

I progressed to the position of Property Onboarding Specialist at Lavanda after 6 months of being with the company. Using my previous experience of styling for photoshoots, I had the role of creating property descriptions and building each listing which were advertised on booking platforms (Airbnb, Expedia, etc). I worked closely with photographers and furniture installation companies to ensure the properties we advertised were represented as beautifully as possible. Using a variety of different props and accessory arrangements whilst styling the properties, gave individuality to each listing helping them achieve more bookings. During the property onboards, I would also meet clients as a representative of Lavanda, to explain the process and build positive relationships to then pass over to the Account Management Team.I have also gained more experience with data inputting as the company grew to focus more on the product and technology of the business, and have been responsible for connecting the property listings to multiple platforms in order to get the clients as many bookings as possible. • Guest Services Specialist
      • Oct 2017 - May 2018

I was employed by Lavanda as a Guest Services Specialist when I returned from travelling the USA, after having a first hand experience with Airbnb. I loved the concept of hosting guests in homes so they can experience life as a resident, not just a tourist. Working as a Guest Services Specialist allowed me to expand my knowledge of customer service to a higher standard, by having direct communication through emails and telephone calls from the booking process to the end of the guests stay. The responsibility of this role was to ensure the guest experience was more than satisfactory by working within the operation team to problem solve any issues that arose. Show less

    • Senior Visual Assistant
      • Jun 2014 - May 2017

I progressed into the position of Senior Visual Assistant after working with Debenhams for over a year, where I was given the responsibility to train new visual assistants on styling and merchandising throughout the store. Contributing ideas to create fresh and eye-catching displays was one of my favourite attributes of this role, as it was a combination of problem solving and design. My role developed as I began supporting other stores in the region to set up brand new stores, or prepare a store for the yearly Model Store competition. I love to work as part of a team, and this role gave me the chance to make connections with other colleagues throughout the company, and work with a variety of different visual teams regularly. I was also able to shadow the buying team, design team, and creative team across the few weeks.
