  As Director of Alumni Engagement, I managed all functions of the alumni engagement program at High Point University, which included managing the alumni engagement staff; marketing and communication; managing an elected Alumni Association Board of Directors; developing strategy designed to increase alumni engagement and annual alumni giving (amount and percentage); identify and refer alumni major gift prospects to advancement officers; and plan special events both on and off campus. I was responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase annual alumni giving percentage, alumni board giving percentage, young alumni council giving percentage, and student giving percentage. In fiscal year 2019, my team and I increased the alumni giving percentage by 19.7%, and created and implemented programs that will have lasting effects, surpassing goals for years to come.

  I am a founding member of the Kappa Omicron chapter of Alpha Chi Omega. During my time as Vice President of New Member Education, I:• Successfully coordinated and executed events for 200+women; • Was entrusted with mentoring, teaching and guiding all new members through multiple outlets including weekly classes, which educated sisters on Fraternal policies, female empowerment and character development.
