      Property expert for the whole of Derby City centre and surrounding areas. Purple Bricks was a relatively new concept in Derby at that time. My role was to monopolise and grow the area and build a strong reputation not only for the business but for myself, showing clients that the traditional high street method was out dated and times had changed, so much so that they could pay a much reduced fee and benefit solely from my support and expertise throughout their sale. Within three months I was receiving a high level of recommendations from clients due to the organised approach I had, good strong honest advise I gave and the fact that I was always on hand to assist with clients needs. I listed 315 houses within the time I was at Purple Bricks and due to good strong property adverts which buyers reviewed on the houses before viewing them, , had one of the best listing to sale ratios in the company. The website delivered leads from clients wishing to discuss our services, we then called and explained our proposal and listed their house for sale. Contacted proceedable buyers only and delivered sales within 7 to 21 days (generally) This was a nationwide business so a diverse amount of property in different locations to manage and structure advertising on. We launched the business in 2012, It was extremely successful and after 12 months had a team of three telephone consultants, administrator and accounts specialist.
