At Pier 1 Imports, I strived to promote customer satisfaction in all aspects of their shopping experience. As a manager, It was my job to assure customers were approached by associates using the six selling standards: a warm greeting, ask them what brought them in today, tell them something new, check back with them, quick and efficient check out, and give them a reason to return. The Brickyard location I worked at was a high performance location which expected excellence out of it's team members.
