There are critical times in our life when the food choices we make can have a lasting impact on our health and the health of those around us. The team at Eat for You has the audacious goal of every household taking ownership of the state of their family’s wellbeing, seeing our ecosystems thrive by people growing their own food, harvesting from nutrient dense soil that’s been cared for, not plundered, and a health care system that is focused on proactive health measures, rather than the reactive system we exist in today. We want to live in a world, with values that guide a great shift in our generational health outcomes. At Eat for You we create delicious, nutritious recipes and real food that everyone can enjoy.
