I have been most impressed with Hayley's professional and committed approach to her job. I've worked with Hayley for 2 years in the Educational Enablers team, where we use an interdisciplinary approach to meeting teachers' elearning needs. Hayley's role is as educational designer; mine as teaching team librarian. I've noticed Hayley attention to detail, noticing the requirements of a task that may otherwise have been missed. Hayley is well-acquainted with the TAFE and VET sectors, having worked in several roles at SCIT. She understands the client perspective, the admin role and the teacher's needs. Her systematic approach makes her a valued developer in the my.TAFE learning management environment. Hayley is warm and friendly to work with. I heartily recommend her for roles in educational design and learning management.

In ancient times, "Hayley" must have stood for "Professional and Clever", in fact I'm calling it, because it's true about Hayley Bambry. I have had the pleasure of providing leadership to the ePOD (e-learning projects and online development team) for the past 18 months where Hayley is a Project Officer. The title Project Officer doesn't really paint the picture of the wonderful work Hayley does directly supporting teachers' e-learning development, coaching and training, developing high quality resources for our learners and promoting and sharing new technologies and innovations. Hayley is a calm and professional "solutions finder" (we don't have "problems") and an enthusiastic proponent of our institute's "self directed learning" strategy for teachers, just ask the teachers who have her name on speed dial for support. Hayley has demonstrated flexibility and leadership during challenging ongoing work reforms by continuing to support teachers and colleagues in achieving our collective goals for the business. She is a hard worker and an inspiring colleague, well done Hayley.

In this role I develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders. I write comprehensive needs analyses, and produce relevant strategic and planning documentation. I value a solid skills matrix that enables a team to identify opportunities for gap training, mentoring and upskilling. The collateral I produce is always of a high quality, including instructional guides and videos. Drawing on my experience with instructional and educational design methodologies, as well as visual and digital design principles and elements, I have produced a range of eLearning products. Focussing on a design project provides a great balance to strategic work.I do my research and analysis, identify barriers (there are always barriers!) and develop appropriate strategies to overcome them or to find an acceptable compromise. I love sharing my knowledge and skills to help others and I work collaboratively with my team to brainstorm ideas.I work with a lot of honesty and integrity. I'm personally accountable for products that I work on as providing the right product to a client is essential. I'm good at helping others get to the root of what they need, and I really enjoy a colourful whiteboard session! I'm all about evaluation, self reflection and continuous improvement.

The Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is the major provider of public health services, health education and research in the Sunshine Coast, Gympie and Noosa local government areas. In 2017, the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital (SCUH) was opened, offering a range of new and expanded services for the Sunshine Coast, including the Sunshine Coast Health Institute (SCHI) – a unique partnership for education and research - on site.I lead a team of training resources in the identification, planning, development and management of training deliverables and resources required to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of large-scale programs in the organisation.I identified and grew various pipelines of work into the team that supported the strategic direction of the organisation, embedded our service offerings in high level education planning conversations and established growth in services that enabled work units to focus on delivering core business effectively in a supported and timely manner.I directed work within the team based on portfolios of experience and skill, and with consideration to timeframes and capacity. Under my direction, the team managed existing services and integrated new services and methods of support to clients. The services my team provided became highly valued and sought after and this was a direct reflection on the exceptional quality of work and stakeholder engagement applied to every interaction.
