Hayleigh is a crackerjack* and a delight to work with. I have to keep reminding myself that she’s so young, because she is brilliant and excellent at whatever she turns her hand to, so I keep imagining she must have years more experience than she possibly can. She has taken on a variety of complex and sometimes convoluted tasks and client changes with cheerfulness, a clear head, confidence, intelligence, and initiative. She works for several teams, not just mine, but she makes the juggling seem simple. At times during this long project I have been so exhausted I feel like I can barely lift my head above water and an e-mail will come through from Hayleigh that she got another task done for my team (always with excellence, accuracy, and attention to detail that I can trust without needing to double-check) and I feel uplifted and manage to stay afloat for the rest of the day. She’s a superb team member and an excellent communicator.
