Haylee served on my Marketing Intern team during the Fall of 2017. When she began the internship her focus was on managing our social media accounts, but her role grew substantially as she proved her talents and worth beyond her initial responsibilities. As manager of our social media accounts she adapted to the decrease in organic reach that all businesses were facing by launching a Facebook community in conjunction with the local marketing non-profit SD Inbound, grow it’s membership by more than 150% in just 3 months.
