Hayk Khachatryan has done an excellent job working for me in Armenia managing the CAD Librarian/Checker functions including performing PCB Cad layout as well. As CAD Librarian/Checker, Hayk worked to resolve many CAD library issues that could cause major PCB layout errors. In addition, he searched the CAD library to correct missing, duplicate or cancelled components and elements that otherwise would cause layout delays. Many times, Hayk has proposed a resolution to a problem which was adopted as a standard reference by the CAD group. Hayk has demonstrated his PCB layout skills, knowledge and experience in Cadence Allegro, but on other CAD packages that we do not use such as Mentor and Pads. He is a capable mechanical engineer with insight, capabilities and the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently as required for continuing process improvement. Hayk works long hours to get the job done to keep projects on track and communicates efficiently to keep all personnel updated.
