  Each Navigator is assigned a group of incoming freshmen each fall and works throughout the academic year to help those freshmen navigate through their first year. Navigators meet with the Office of Student Success weekly. They maintain office hours in the Navigator office, providing times for face-to-face meetings with their students. Navigators assist with the True Maroon courses in the fall, and Freshman Success Strategies course in the spring by helping with logistics, student support, and leading several of the class meetings.
