      There’s more to being an industry expert than granting yourself the impressive title. It’s about building strong relationships, but, sometimes that’s easier said than done! Placing yourself precisely in the customer’s position is a critical step in delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity and just make life easier for people. I joined the team at Total Technology Centre following a successful earlier career in technology sales, multi-media design, video production and corporate account management. Business processes and systems within government often operate in their own unique way, and being cognisant of that I structure my advice to customers around innovation, efficiency, cost effectiveness and simplicity. Document and work flow management should be seamless where inefficient processes are replaced with time and money saving solutions. It should happen without realising, and that’s the definition of innovation and simplicity.
