  In charge of managing all previous and incoming job applications, I was tasked with taking the various databases full of previous job applicants and CV’s from Confluence, LinkedIn, Emails, Glassdoor, Excel Spreadsheets, and accurately migrating and unifying them all under the newer Jira system. I messaged applicants through LinkedIn asking for updated information and CV’s; took part in meetings where I would report my progress as well as any issues and making suggestions of what could be done to make progress go as smoothly as possible; created Excel spreadsheets to manage the large numbers of applications; made meticulous note of names and categorising them accurately by job applied for; searched for anomalies in the number of applicants and solved problems that would leave applicants missing or duplicated.   I have worked on teams ranging from a multilingual 6 man/woman team of native testers as one of two native English testers, to an intimate team of non-English speaking, Japanese testers as the only native speaker. No matter which team I was in I was tasked with comparing the native Japanese text to the translated English text and finding visual irregularities, cultural mistakes, unifying phrasing, going back and forth with translators via intercompany websites to find the most satisfactory phrasings, finding and writing bug reports and sometimes coming up with alternative translations myself to suggest to the client.
