About 3 years ago, when I was trying to plan for my next career step, I had the pleasure of knowing Hayden, while searching for coaches in our organization. He introduced me to the book ‘Find Your Why’ and helped me connect the dots to my passion. Later we got to work together for the Let’s Innovate Open Space events, which turned out to be a very special experience daring me to kick off my innovation journey where I learnt a lot from Hayden’s leadership.
