  Katalis is a AUD 40 million business focused development program over five years, with the mandate to help businesses in Indonesia and Australia to maximise the benefits of IA-CEPA Economic Cooperation Programme in order to increase bilateral trade between the two countries. I support projects in the electric vehicle, renewable and/or green energy, and digital/services value chain, committed to assist Indonesia and Australia achieve Net Zero Emission in trade. Responsibilities include: • Support the development of Activity Design and Annual Work Plan • Draft Concept Notes and Activity Proposals for new activities • Generate new business leads for potential new catalytic business activities that catalyses bilateral trade • Manage and monitor projects implementation ensuring that they adhere to the organisation’s procedure and incorporate GEDSI, including overseeing consultants and implementing partners’ contracts •Review reports, feasibility studies, and market entry strategies provided by implementing partners and consultants, including translating those results into policy recommendations when required • Liaise and manage relationships with stakeholders and government partners in both Indonesia and Australia, including with BAPPENAS, and DFAT • Work with the Lead advisers and other specialists in implementing activities and on building Government of Indonesia (GoI) and private sector capacity as needed • Coordinate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, including business actors and governments, by overseeing administration, logistics, and others • Coordinate and support the inaugural business forum on electric vehicles charging market sounding in Indonesia • Assist in developing activities budget in the assigned technical area, including monitor the activities budget. • Consolidate the progress and annual report for Advanced Manufacturing and Market Integration • Other ad-hoc responsibilities in program/project management as required Show less
