Background, Information, a clear and detailed Scope of Work/services, Outcome and Performance Standards, deliverables, Terms and conditions, Payments, Incentives and penalties, Evaluation and Award Process, Process schedule and point of contact for future correspondence. 10. Compares prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential vendors. Show less
