Hawa would without doubt be a very welcome addition to any team. She has a fabulous attention to detail and her proactivity make her an asset in the workplace. Many a time Hawa suggested a new route or an additional possibility that improved our procedures and practices. I always saw someone who was eager to help, in any way she was able, and I very much enjoyed my time working alongside Hawa. I knew I had someone who would help me problem solve and help innovate. Working with Hawa was an absolute pleasure for me and if I had the opportunity to work with her again I would take it in a heartbeat. She is incredibly knowledgable and excels in any position she is put in or project she is involved with.
