  I chose not to go to university and was surprised at how few resources were available to advise young people on the alternatives. I set up UNFM (www.unisnotforme.com) both as a resource and community for young people to for ambitious people choosing not to go to university. I continued to run the site while developing a career in PR, events and community building, because it is something I passionately believe has an important role to play. I continued to run the site while developing a career in PR, events and community building, because it is something I passionately believe has an important role to play. The means by which we measure the value of education are far too narrow, largely fixating on exam results rather than the many different ways in which can be individually brilliant. This included: Organising a number of events including a panel debate in partnership with The Times at The News Building in September 2017. Panelists included - Charlie Mullins, Founder and CEO of Pimlico Plumbers, Helen Fraser, then Chief Exec of Girls' Day School Trust, Avin Rabheru, Founder and CEO of Housekeep and Olly Tress, founder of Oliver Bonas. Networking events with keynote speakers including Sophie Higgins and Charlie Mullins Set up photoshoots with young ambitious people who are doing it without a degree including, Anouska Cope, TV presenter, Ollie Forsyth, entrepreneur, Zoe Ledsham, solicitor, Joshua Uwaidae, fitness entrepreneur, Kimberley Bolton, IT guru, Kayleigh Anderson, associate at EY and Merlin McCormack, vintage car entrepreneur.
