Hatim went above and beyond as a Mentee in the Breakthrough Program at the Ted Rogers Students' Society. He exceeded my expectations of a first-year student, showing high dedication, interest, and engagement to the academic, social, and professional pillars upon which TRSS is built. As his mentor for this 2021-2022 school year, I was able to watch Hatim's growth as a student in all aspects of his undergraduate studies. Hatim is a fantastic team player, collaborator, and confident communicator. Even in a virtual environment, he was able to connect with his peers, making a significant effort to build meaningful relationships with first-year, and upper-year students. Moreover, his confidence in communicating grew tremendously as he networked with industry professionals, built connections, and applied his skills and knowledge to analyze business case studies. I believe Hatim would be a great asset to any team looking for a leader and strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. I strongly recommend him for any group and/or organization looking to hire an enthusiastic and hard-working individual going forward.
