  Jobs Responsibilities:-Plan, coordinate, control and evaluate the activities of mechanical department during operation & shutdown of plant.-Preparation & implement of OEM recommended preventive & predictive maintenance plan for all rotating/static equipment’s.-Prepared equipment’s spare lists and ordered them from OEM & Local purchase to ensure Spares availability as per engineering maintenance requirements.-Provide on the job training to new and existing employees to develop talent among the department.-Reporting and closing of Near misses at plant site. -Preparation of SOP (Standard operating procedure) & JHA (job hazards analysis) for different jobs execution.-Ensure to follow the Lockout & tag out (LOTO) system steps for the safety of craft person & equipment from hazards.-Assist and co-ordinate with HSE Lead on all HSE activities including implementation of inspections and audits.
