  Working as a HOD of department. Daily report to CEO regarding Production, Production Problems and their solutions, Planning, Time waste and Maintenance. PVC, HDPE and LDPE Geomembrane sheet production. Trouble shooting of Banbury during mixing of raw materials. Solve process problems relating to 4 bowl calander. Work on scrap of different departments and take steps to utilise the wastage efficiently and cost effectively. Work with R& D to find efficiently utilization of scrap for the cost reduction of formulation without effecting the quality of product. Optimize the formulation of PVC products to improve the quality of final products by keeping the machine operating within safe parameters. Perform trials of any new chemical use in formulation. Responsible for keeping results within standard values, grip of pvc with polyester fabric, blowing of pvc for foaming products.
