In October 2006, I was transferred to HR Wing, OPF and learned the techniques of HR from my seniors and here I dealt with employees' matters like training, inquires, recruitment, staffing which involved correspondence on Ms-Word and Emails. I also had practical experience of working with spreadsheets for preparation of some reports and data. I remained posted in HR as Office Assistant since my appointment as HR Officer in February, 2010
